Adventures 2- Part 1:The Decision


After Orlando I had a decision to make: To Swim or not to swim that was the question! Highschool swim season started two weeks before school. My church had a summer camp that they had real truble getting people to sign up for, so as an active member of my youth group I was repeatedly qusetion on why I was not attending. (They asked why art you comming but, what they where really asking is why is swimming more important then God. It was a guilt trap). Also my mother was worried that swimming would take up to much time and I wouldnt be able to get my homework done.I My lifes dream (at least my dream for the last four years) was to get four swimming letters, and by some marical I got one as a freashman last year so my dream was still alive. However not choosing swimming had an up side too. I would have: time, A lugurey with is rorsacken for the cance to swim.
Altemetly life made the choice. I got a letter in the mail oneday that reminded me not to forget about my summer assindment for honers english. The fact of the matter was I didn't know about this summer asindment. Actually I had not even signed up for honers English this year! A few days latter my sister whent into the school office to get her transcript for the UW. I want with her to ask the office laidy if it was true that I had been put into honers english or if I had reseved the letter mistakenly. Turns out I had been enroled in honers english and I would be hard pressed to tranfer out. Acording to my mother It would my impossible for me to be in honers english and swim season at the same time. So I went ahead and went to camp. I had fun too, but Im still little sad that I'll never get thouse four swimming letters I always wanted. I thought maybe I could come in a week late to swimming when I got back from camp, however I could not have antisipated what did hapen when I got back from camp.

Part 2 - the place

I Arived home from Orlando last night. My encounters with danger where numerous. I couldn't count the number of times I almost died! We discoverd two new types of lizerds, one was bright green and the other was brown with a red tufed of skin on its neck that it showed probably as a woring to other lizerds.

Our hotel was a nice that was within walking distence from the O.C.C.C. (Orlando County Convention Center) which was the building that natinal fine arts festable was held in. The O.C.C.C. was huge you could not fully apreceate its stature unless you began to walk twords the steps of the building. coverd in windows from top to bottom it was a sight to behold. Anyway Our hotel had a pool that was constenly filled with other fine arts contestents. Mostly boys;). The fist night in the pool was the only one that we had to ourselves. It was nice to cool of in the pool after a long day of Florida mugieness. Our hotel was also within walking distnce from the grocery store, Dennies, and Red Lobster. Our group was very well exepted at the restronts because of our genorous tiping. At Dennies the staff was over run with Fine Arts contestence so much so that they often ran out of centain types of food. However for some reason the waight staff still welcomed our presence.Thats pritty much what the place looked like... so ...ya The End

Amazing adventure #1 part 1

This is the grand opening of: the super amazing adventures of stephanie.

I have yet to embark on my fist edventure, but preporation has been several months in the making. Infact two of our members have been prepairing for well over a year. The team is heading out on a wild and dangorous gorney to the other side of the countrey. Our dastination is known to the locals as "the place where dreams come true," but you and I would call it Orlando Florida. I have much supplies to pack, however, I unfortunally have a common disease that prevents me from doing so. I am a procrostiac. Which means I feal the need to do everything at the last moment possible. I know its sad. But this ginormous undertaking is all for a good couse. The team and I will be sharing our amazing talents with the people there, and be ajudicated on our preformances. It will be epic! I will try to fill you in on every last detail with my amazing miniature vidio camra. Only at the moment I dont know where It is..... oh well.
